Position:
CRM Executive Sales & Marketing

  1. Good communication skills with proficiency in English,Hindi & Marathi.
  2. Excellent written & Convincing power.
  3. Proficiency in documentation skills.

  1. Collect all Leads generated through online and offline sources of allotted project.
  2. Cold calling and convince to new customer for site visits.
  3. Create and maintain Customer Data Base in CRM software
  4. Handling customer queries on call, email or other modes of communication.
  5. Service call to concerned customers of respective projects.
  6. Follow up of existing customers through various mods of communication.
  7. Send daily report of customers calling data & visitors data to Pre- sales HOD/Manager.
  8. Assign Sales executive to handle customer based on location of enquiry & schedule meeting.
  9. Responsible for achieving Daily/Monthly calls targets.
  10. To ensure good customer relationship.
  11. Training to Telecallers to prepare scripts.
  12. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different projects
  13. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  1. Any Graduate with good knowledge of Client Understanding.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate telesales Industry.
  3. Must be target oriented.
  4. Must know telephone ethiquetes with good voice modulations.
Location: Pimpale Saudagar, Rahatani.
Salary Package: Negotiable. Good hike on present salary.

Asst. Manager Sales & Marketing

  1. Cold Calling, Generating Prospects, Meeting them and business development for real estate projects.
  2. Responsible for achieving the agreed business targets as per KRAs of given/assigned project.
  3. Real estate field work.
  4. Analyzing inquiry sources & suggesting recommendation on the preferred Advt/medium, exhibition in the region.
  5. Effectively & efficiently evolve, new relationship working closely with project sales coordinator and Associates as a team leader to attain sales objectives.
  6. Plan & implement sales funnel development activities.
  7. To support for new project launching plans & strategy development.
  8. Experience of handling team.
  9. Good in negotiation skill.
  10. Conduct corporate activities to generate Leads.
  11. Ready to work in pressure.
  12. Doing customer data analysis & finding strategies for sales
  13. Coordination with respective builder for negotiations & other queries if any.
  14. Conduct monthly meetings with respective builders to present report & define strategies.
  1. Any MBA Graduate with good knowledge of Client Interaction.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate Industry.
  3. Must be target oriented.
  4. Coming up with a marketing strategy and plan in coordination with management.
